Problem with router on UK Network

Our network provider is currently having an issue with one of their routers which is affecting all connections into our network, along with that of other hosts. We have been in contact with them and they hope to have everything back online within a few minutes.
UPDATE: This issue is now fully resolved, if anyone is still experiencing any issues, please contact us immediately.
