MAINTENANCE ON ALL SERVERS AND WEBSITE

The second maintenance will be on all of our servers, including those in the UK and the US and will take place overnight to minimise disruption. We will be installing the .Net Framework 4. Once ready, .Net 4 will be the default for all new domains. All existing domains will continue to use the version of .Net that they have been, so as not to cause compatibility issues with existing scripts and sites. If you would like to use .Net 4 on an existing domain, you can change the version installed from the "Website Settings" page in Helm, after this maintenance has been completed.
We will also be upgrading PHP 5 to the latest version in the 5.2.x series at the same time.
Each web server will be unavailable for 15 - 20 minutes whilst this work is completed. We will also be updating our website at the same time, with information on the new services available. A newsletter will be sent out soon after with all the details in.
